Cheers to another fantabulous GenT gala! Congratulations to the 300 new GenT honourees across 8 Asian geographies and multifarious sectors, amplifying positive impact on the society and the environment.

GenT is all about redefining success and influence with purpose and passion. I was immensely fortunate to be selected as a GenT honouree for 2021, through which I gained access to a whole new universe (& metaverse) where innovative ideas meet and synergise, where supportive relationships cultivate and expand. I can’t thank the GenT and Tatler platform enough for giving us multiple channels to elevate the climate crisis, generate public awareness and galvanise action.

In the past year, we collaborated on feature articles related to COP26 and women climate activism, a Tatler House Stories Panel on climate challenges in 21st century Asia and a Rolex Cloud Talk on individual behavioural change for accelerated climate action. Not to mention fascinating networking events for us to learn from honourees in other industries.

Thank you so much to the amazing GenT and Tatler Hong Kong  team, especially Tamara, Lee, Sabrina, Tara, Juliana and Barbie, for putting this together despite all challenges, you guys rock! I also got a taste of Affa’s powerful photoshoot!

PS Living the sustainability mantra… my dress and heels are pre-loved items from Redressed. Can you believe how well they fit! The fashion industry creates so much unnecessary waste, we can all take a simple step to reduce waste by shopping second hand!
