V’air collaborates with Hong Kong Disneyland to launch Disney Environmental Expedition

Do you know that Hong Kong Disneyland has one of the largest solar PV systems in Hong Kong?

When watching Moana: A Homecoming Celebration, have you ever put yourself in the shoes of an Islander like Moana, facing sea level rise and coral bleaching under the climate crisis?

Imagine blending these elements altogether into an Environmental Expedition!

On World Environment Day, my environmental startup V’air Sustainability Education is humbled to launch the Disney Environmental Expedition Program in collaboration with the Disney Youth Team. The program is designed for students of all ages – from primary school to universities, to learn about biodiversity, climate action and otherUNSDGs through an immersive experience at the Disneyland Resort!

Thank you to CEO Mr Michael Moriarty and the Disney Team, including Eva Lau, Christine Ng for being so open to working with younger generation on co-creation. Thanks to Kenny Lam for introducing our team to Mr Moriarty through Project Melo!

Don’t hesitate to reach out to the Disney Youth Team if you would like to organize an Expedition for your students!
